Your responsibilities will include:·Be the Expert: Act as a process analytics and modelling expert in drug product development teams, sharing your engineering and scientific insights to drive success.·Innovate with data and physics: Develop our process modelling toolbox of the future in collaboration with internal partners as well as external research partners and universities.·Champion our digitalisation ambitions: Lead the change in data analytics and process modelling by actively scouting your research domain and translate your ideas into valuable projects in close cooperation with your stakeholders.·Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships and optimize processes. • Education & Experience: PhD or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in process modelling.

·Technical Expertise: Proficiency in engineering principles, process development, and scale-up, with a solid foundation in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass transfer.·Modelling Skills: Strong technical and practical background in mechanistic modelling, especially in discrete element modelling (DEM) and finite element modelling (FEM)·Data-Driven Mindset: Hands-on experience with statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques.·Programming Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data analysis and algorithm implementation.·Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and share your insights.“A pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified.
