Job Title: Scrum MasterJob Location: LondonJob Type: PermanentJDProvide support and guidance to their team.· Actively collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the Team BacklogEmbody the agile and lean values at the heart of SAFeHelp the RTE to Facilitate the PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt sessionsFacilitate the Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Team Demonstrations, and Team Retrospectives.Collect and present metrics illustrating the performance of the team.Ensure the successful applications of the Scrum and SAFe frameworks helping assure that the team follows the rules of Scrum and SAFeHelp manage risk and dependencies.Helps the team meet their daily, Sprint and PI objectivesFacilitate the team’s preparation for PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt ceremonies.Capture and focus the team on achieving the team’s PI objectives.Encourage team collaborationWork with the RTE to assure strategy and execution alignment.Work with the RTE to remove impediments in the organizationReport status, ensure the team’s involvement in the Scrum-of-ScrumsProvide input on team make up and skills to address critical bottlenecksEnsure team and program level quality practices are followed.Encourage the team’s involvement in Communities of Practice around SAFe, Scrum, Lean and Agile.Helps manage the team’s relationships with outside stakeholders and plug the team into the program structureFacilitates the team’s continuous improvement· Coordinate solution implementation and delivery with other Scrum Masters and the RTEPreparation and participation in PI Planning· Set up the team’s agenda, and facilities for the event.· Facilitate the team’s work during the PI Planning Sessions· Help identify improvement backlog items.Program Execution· Attend the Scrum-of-Scrums· Help drive program-led continuous improvements through the teams.Sprint ExecutionFacilitate the Scrum ceremoniesRemove / escalate impediments.Inspect and Adapt
