Job description
As a Scrum Master, this role will advocate the Scrum process, model agile behaviors, and help bring a product vision to life in cooperation with the product owner and development team.
Strong familiarity with agile principles, values, and practices.
Planning with Product Owners to prioritize Stories in Backlog.
Hosts Daily Scrum meetings, Backlog Refinement discussions, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Demos & Retrospective discussions.
Highlight impediments in RAID log & workout ways to ensure sprint deliverables are on track.
Coach team members in Agile Frameworks & achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity.
Facilitate right level of communication, collaboration & information exchange between external groups & project teams to have timely feedbacks and drive culture of agility and learning.
