There is a need to bolster the current team with a scrum master to help pivot the team to new ways of working, structure the backlog and deliver development efforts in an agile way using behaviour driven development.Essential skills/ experience:: * Behaviour driven development practices

• Senior stakeholder engagement and management
• Significant experience of configuring and using Jira/Confluence tools
• Structuring and delivering backlog activity using traditional sprint ceremonies/practices
• Retail banking and credit risk functional knowledge preferred
