We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master with experience in Contact Center technologies. You will be managing agile project delivery, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient workflows.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with customers across sales, marketing, servicing, and operations to identify problems and goals.
- Analyze workflows across inbound and outbound channels (voice, SMS, chat, emails)
- Define product requirements based on user needs, compliance requirements, and technical capabilities.
- Stay up to date on emerging contact center, Cisco, and communication tooling trends. .
- Act as product liaison for contact center platforms—ensuring seamless integration with CRM’s, other platforms and compliance systems.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in working within a Contact Center environment.
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and SAFe or other scaling models.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers and external partners.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON.
