Scrum Master – Agile Software DevelopmentDublin Salary : €60,000 – €70,000A leading global provider of banking and payment solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to support two Agile development teams building a next-generation cloud-native platform.Key Responsibilities:Coach and guide Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.Remove delivery impediments and manage risks.Foster strong communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.Use Agile metrics to drive performance and improvements.Key Requirements:Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).4+ years’ experience supporting Agile development teams.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.Experience with Java Spring Boot microservices development.Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.Excellent communication and team leadership skills.Desirable:Background in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
