Job descriptionAre you an experienced, professionally certified Scrum Master keen to take on a new challenge?IntaPeople are working alongside a leading Technology company based in Orpington who are keen to recruit an enthusiastic Scrum Master. You will have strong experience in working on multiple applications able to coach and transition teams of individuals whilst applying the Scrum frameworks!About the role…

• You will collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests
• You will support the team in overcoming obstacles to maintain progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of core services and public-facing websites.
• You will coach and mentor diverse teams and senior stakeholders in the Scrum framework.
• You will be responsible for facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• You will create a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• You will provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices.

About you…

• You will have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• You will be able to motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, failing forwards, and learning to improve future success.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Ideally, Jira).
• You will have excellent communication skills.
• You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You will hold a certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
