Our client, a leading consultancy in the built environment sector, is seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator to join their team.This role involves providing secretarial support and sharing reception duties in the Winchester office from Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive administrative support to the team
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and organize couriers
- Book travel and hotel arrangements
- Schedule meetings, order lunches, and set up meeting rooms
- Produce reports, letters, and meeting minutes
- Handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a secretarial/administrative role
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
