Security Project ManagerReading – hybrid working06 months contractRole Overview:We are seeking a Security Project Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or similar security-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects in outsourced environments, with a specific focus on governance, delivery, and third-party supplier management.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end security and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, focusing on enhancing security protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure consistent and secure project delivery across the organization.
• Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring their services align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to drive project success and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Project Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager, specifically with Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and delivery methodologies in an outsourced environment.
• Extensive experience in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, or similar, are highly desirable.
