As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to contribute to their Finance function, supporting a fast-paced, global business that directly impacts health outcomes worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, multinational environment and is eager to take ownership of treasury operations and financial reporting excellence. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring best-in-class financial practices and driving strategic cash and risk management across the business.Responsibilities· Monitor cashflow regularly to ensure alignment with financial commitments.· Identify and execute monthly FX hedging, ensuring accurate GL accounting.· Maintain and enhance treasury processes, controls, and systems for efficiency and scalability.· Support trade finance and ensure timely, accurate reporting on cashflows and working capital.· Oversee banking performance, related costs, and system administration.· Prepare treasury journals and reconcile related accounts.· Analyse FX movements and produce insightful reports.· Foster strong relationships with local and global accounting teams.· Deliver financial insights through monthly reviews and analysis.· Support development and tracking of KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.· Drive continuous improvement in financial operations.Requirements· Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5-7 years’ PQE· Ideally practice trained· Experience using SAP/Oracle or similar – Desirable· Strong understanding of treasury operations and foreign currency accounting.· Proven track record in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.· Exceptional organisational skills, with a proactive and methodical approach to deadlines.· High degree of professionalism with excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong initiative and a collaborative mindset.For more information, please contact
