Our team provides a high-quality and vital role in supporting practitioners by completing a range of business tasks. Make sure you explain how you meet these requirements and demonstrate our values, in your application.With first class administrative skills and a talent for organisation, you’ll receive and process referrals in an accurate and timely manner, support the day-to-day management of clients’ records using relevant Client Management Systems and help with general administrative tasks such as organising meetings. With strong attention to detail and accuracy, you’ll prepare documents for the Service’s Managers using Microsoft 365. You’ll be comfortable using IT systems and share our commitment to providing excellent customer care. Your confident communication skills will enable you to answer and transfer calls and work collaboratively with colleagues in the Business Support Service. You’ll have strong prioritisation skills and be pro-active in the completion of tasks, always aiming to provide excellent, timely, administrative support to busy colleagues in the Service.In return, we are committed to your continued professional development and offer an extensive Package.
