Job Summary:
About Us: The Commission on County Government Personnel Education and Training oversees the County Training Program (CTP) under the direction of the Agricultural Economics department and through the Cooperative Extension Service at Oklahoma State University.
The County Training Program provides training for seventy-seven Oklahoma counties to include county commissioners, county clerks, county treasurers, county assessors, court clerks, their deputies and employees, county sheriffs, excise board members, candidates for county office and any other persons.
County Training Program collaborates with a variety of agencies and seventy-seven counties, including the Office of the State Auditor and Inspector, Oklahoma Tax Commission, Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma and County Officers and Deputies Association. This Senior Administrative Support Specialist position for the County Training Program will produce various reports and information used by Extension, government agencies, counties and public. The successful candidate will provide institutional knowledge of the database, produce reports and fill a role that the Interim Manager of the County Training Program is currently doing and will oversee the governmental database and the accuracy of the manual data entry by students.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required: HS/GED and 3 years of database management and report producing experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exhibit professionalism for program staff and students.
- Must have proficiency in database management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license;
Reliable transportation for travel connected with official duties.
Preferred: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Accounting
- Ag Economics or Agri-Business
- database management
