• Working in an agency team to gather and document experience and technical requirements as user stories from internal and client stakeholders.
• Creating and prioritising a product backlog and supporting the delivery of digital product solutions using agile methodologies.
• Managing and facilitating agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc).
• Leading process improvement in collaboration with project teams.
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and internal teams.

RequirementsThis is a senior role, and you will be expected to hit the ground running.

• Extensive experience as an agile Business Analyst focused on digital experience / product programmes in Agency or Consultancy environments.
• Experience in eliciting, documenting and prioritising requirements from all relevant sources as user stories.
• Experience breaking UX and design artefacts down for delivery by a technical team.
• Highly skilled in writing user stories and acceptance criteria within a well-structured product backlog to enable technical delivery.
• Native Agile Delivery expertise with experience leading a technical Scrum through a sprint lifecycle, performing day-to-day Scrum ownership.
• An in depth understanding of composable web and martech technology platforms.
• Experience of partnering with agency Technology, Project Management and Client Service team members to deliver high quality work in a risk free environment.
• Strong client relationship management and presentation skills (this is a client-facing role).
• Strong written skills for presentation and written report creation.
