- Accountable for managing a complex mixed caseload of client matters with limited supervision
- Assisting and mentoring juniors in the team
- Providing clients with high quality legal advice, proactively managing client relationships
You
- 4+ years Medical Negligence experience and a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in relation to complex medical negligence work
- Can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and acumen
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant case law and legislation, rules of procedure and rules of professional conduct
