This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Cork, Ireland.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure the investment funds follow regulatory and fund-specific documentation.
- Complete daily review of output from automated compliance monitoring system where applicable and assist with any rule changes or new fund launches.
- Investigate breaches on the investment funds to satisfactory conclusion, documenting them in the Breach Register.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to the investment funds as required.
- Assist in preparation for visits from compliance, audit etc.… for relevant investment funds.
- Ensure all company procedures and policies are always adhered to.
