The focus for the role will be identifying the critical analytical outcomes for utility clients and specifying the detailed requirements for the engineering teams to facilitate and product which delivers next level reporting and provide the cornerstone for our AI implementation.We have great customers that depend on us to provide essential services. As a B2B software and service provider bringing complex, mission critical systems to a few large-scale clients across EMEA and beyond, we will only fulfill our global aspirations if we have the most talented leadership working with these clients to secure their business through the delivery and support of great technology.The Specifics

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand variety of use cases
• Identify priority use cases for Data & Analytics products and build product requirements to support build of backlog
• See the big picture and design the end-to-end solution based on the product roadmap and business requirements.
• Leverage your deep utilities knowledge to drive cutting edge outcomes
• Obtain constructive feedback from stakeholders to enhance quality of end client solution
• Producing business requirements to support development of POCs and demos
• Support client demonstrations
• Gather requirements from clients.
• Guiding internal and external development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.
• This may require out of hours work to facilitate international clients and cross department stakeholders

What we’re looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):

• Extensive utilities experience, ideally billing, settlements, and/or finance
• Deep domain knowledge of operational and/or strategic KPI monitoring
• Robust understanding of analytical methods and tools
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes
• Proven ability to understand and communicate technical and business concepts
• Experience of software development lifecycles desirable
• Likely experience as an operations manager or commercial / strategy / finance / MI analyst.
