I’m working with a leading enterprise retail software provider seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering POS solutions for major retailers worldwide. Location: Hertford, UK

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with global retailers, influencing and driving successful POS system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to align business needs with strategic technology roadmaps.Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management – Engage and influence senior leaders and retail teams.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis – Work with customers to define business needs and recommend solutions.
Project Delivery – Oversee POS implementations, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
Process Improvement – Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance customer operations.
Leadership & Strategy – Guide internal teams and mentor colleagues to drive project success.What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a complex retail environment.
Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
