Responsibilities:

• As a member of the consulting team responsible for designing and delivering digitally enabled solutions we expect you to be engaged in the following activities as you progress your career with us.
• Responsible for the Business Analysis workstream activities & deliverables within a programme or project. The direction given and decisions made will have a measurable impact on the effective delivery.
• Engage with Product/Business owners & all key stakeholders across multiple business areas to establish business needs and promote business analysis capability.
• Producing high quality requirements documentation which captures stakeholder needs. Use of requirements modelling techniques as appropriate
• Responsible for working with solution providers (i.e., IT, Technology or Operations) to assure the delivery of the requirements & attaining the business objectives
• Work with cross-functional delivery teams to achieve the desired business outcomes
• Supporting the wider CMT Consulting strategy, leads and develops a profitable and rapidly growing Telco advisory business, including account plans and owning the sales process
• Analysis of TEM and Mobile Carrier Data
• Collect data from mobile carriers and TEM systems.
• Examine usage patterns costs and service quality metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholder
• Establishing Baselines for Mobile Carrier RFPs
• Analyze current services and costs.
• Define KPIs for RFP evaluation.
• Prepare documentation for RFP submissions and support negotiations.
• Evaluation of Supplier Offers

Essential Skills:

• Extensive experience as a Mobile Carrier Sourcing and Analytics Consultant
• Deep understanding of TEM principles and practices.
• Expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies for mobile telecom services.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets generating insightful reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Skilled in creating comprehensive RFPs evaluating supplier proposals and negotiating contracts
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with mobile carriers.
• Expertise in conducting market research benchmarking prices and developing cost optimization strategies
• Experience in defining and monitoring SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality.
• Strong understanding of international telecom markets regulations and trends.
• Proven strong experience of business analysis in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment.
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience with a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience of working in a communications, media or complex organization.
• Successful delivery of complex, cross-functional business change projects from start-up to implementation.
• Proven experience of working with delivery methodologies (i.e. Waterfall/Agile)
• Excellent management of stakeholder relationships.
• Proven strong communication and influencing skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict management techniques.
• Demonstrable skills in presenting information effectively.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools & modelling techniques. Advises on appropriate approach & application
• Command of consulting disciplines: e.g. transformation planning, organizational change management, analysis, benefits management and process mapping, facilitation, structured thinking, communications.

Desirable Skills:

• Degree (Business or IT preferred) or equivalent qualification.
• ISEB Business Analysis Diploma, IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent.
• Experience of working on projects that deliver new products to market within predetermined timescales.
• Previous experience of delivery methodologies Agile delivery.
• Experience in working in a complex & challenging environment
