We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fully homebased role but there will be a requirement to attend sites when needed.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will run a team of Business Analysts overseeing their development and performance ensuring that all projects and deliverables have requirements and process captured, documented, refined and understood. You’ll play a critical role in mentoring the team members, promoting best practices, Agile methodologies and ensuring that quality standards and business objectives/goals are met.This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements & opportunities for improvement, facilitating workshops to gather requirements, and guiding the team in creating user stories and process maps. Strong leadership, reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation is essential for success in this position.At Frontier, the Technology Team strive to deliver brilliant experiences for customers and colleagues. About You

• Able to line manage, mentor and develop Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

• Skilled in writing user stories, creating process flows, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in tools like Confluence and JIRA.

• Able to document requirements with a high degree of accuracy, supporting quality in delivery and minimising rework.

• Able to evaluate, scrutinise and process complex business problems, and translate them into actionable and well-articulated requirements whilst considering processes (as-is and to-be) and technical constraints / opportunities.

• Strong aptitude for identifying issues and developing strategic solutions that align with business goals.

• Deep understanding of Agile practices, with experience in implementing and promoting these methodologies within teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and fostering productive stakeholder relationships.

• Basic understanding of the technology stack and development processes is beneficial.

Your RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst your role will involve:

• Overseeing and mentoring a team of Business Analysts, fostering their professional development, and enhancing team performance.

• Evaluating existing ways of working / processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.

• Developing and refining user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria following best practices.

• Serving as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analysing and mapping current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and working with teams to implement optimised workflows.

• Navigating and supporting teams through change, ensuring smooth transitions and the adoption of new processes.

• Utilising data to gather insights and inform decision-making.

• Actively participating in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, to support continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
