What you will be doing in your new role:

The core focus of this position is to coordinate the planning, organization, and implementation of engineering projects within the specific objectives and targets of the company while keeping constant contact with the connecting department.

This will be done through the following activities:

• Lead smaller engineering projects and contributes with engineering expertise on larger projects ensuring their successful completion;
• Lead and participate in the resolution of engineering issues such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of standard materials etc.
• Coordinate project activities with other operating or engineering units to facilitate a smooth delivery of all relevant aspects;
• Participate in engineering projects elsewhere within the organization as necessary;
• Review, maintain and update project-related documentation to ensure its accuracy according to project governance requirements;
• Participate in professional organizations to maintain current knowledge of technical innovations;
• Assist in settling project objectives to contribute to the development of comprehensive project design and translate project requirements into detailed actions plans.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Food/ Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position;
• Experience with previous project management in complex environment, preferably within production area – the candidate should be able to manage multiple projects in a parallel timescale;
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of the Total Cost of Ownership Concepts.
