Our client is looking for a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Manchester. • Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, whilst reviewing civil infrastructure design from project proposition through to construction.
• Planning project resources and finances, and monitoring job financial performance.
• Managing technical staff, including planning team workload, mentoring junior team members, and assisting where needed.
• Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
• Applying customer focus to contribute to the work-winning team and secure project pipelines.

Job Requirements:

• Strong technical background in infrastructure design, with a proven track record in a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage).
• Experience in successful multidisciplinary project delivery, demonstrating team management and motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and a desire to lead continuous quality improvement in work.
• Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution.
