Job Summary

Skills with agile knowledge and scrum master skills We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Telecom and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Consultant will play a crucial role in driving project success and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Telecom solutions to meet client requirements and project goals.

Oversee project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Provide expert guidance and support to clients helping them to optimize their Telecom operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative Telecom solutions.

Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop customized strategies to address their specific challenges.

Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date maintaining a high standard of quality.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Mentor and support junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Telecom technology to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Develop and deliver presentations to clients showcasing project progress and outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Telecom industry.

Qualifications

Possess a bachelors degree in a relevant field a masters degree is nice to have.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Telecom consulting or a related field.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Have experience with Telecom technologies and solutions.

Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Have a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Be adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.

Exhibit strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Certifications Required

PMP ITIL or relevant Telecom certifications are preferred.
