• Full project life cycle change or product management experience with demonstrable knowledge of different project delivery approaches (agile waterfall)
• Previous experience of Project manager/ Consultant roles in Business & Technology and Digital Transformation projects involving any of the Hyperscalers with clients helping them to achieve their business technology strategic and operational goals.
• Strong experience in travel domain (preferably Aviation Airports/Airlines & Cruises) with good understanding of the industry and its challenges.
• Experience of using various to tools to create the end-to-end plan with all the dependencies identified from initiation to delivery.
• Experience of writing business cases from a problem statement with the rationale and benefits identified.
• End to end financial management experience of the project spend and forecast spend.
• Governance and Reporting Experience to setting up governance and reporting structure and run meetings effectively along with/without PMO function.
• RAID management Identify and track risk and issues regularly and escalate when required for speedy resolution.
• Experience of managing and working with cross functional and distributed teams in large scale project delivery with internal and external resources in multiple geographies.
• Success in working with Product Managers/owners UX copy writers and engineering teams to create next generation digital customer experiences. Additional experience in change management product launch customer success welcome.
• Experience and knowledge of working as scrum master is desirable not essential.

• Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry points of view or white papers podcasts blogs video interviews etc.
