One of our clients in Leicester are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their team.A market leading retail client, this role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your customer service skills and further your career.This role will involve answering calls and emails, managing queries, whilst ensuring the customer is receiving a positive experience.We are looking for someone:· Has good customer service skills, with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
· Experience in a telephone-based customer service role.
· Who can work part of a team and support each other with administration tasks.
· Good communication skills, particularly over the phone.
