Job Description:SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Data Product Manager, to support the delivery of our data strategy and enable our digital transformation. What you’ll do
- Management of products with a high level of autonomy that leads to the delivery of our data strategy and value generation.
- Creation and clear communication of the strategic vision, the products and our defined objectives.
- Collaborate closely with partners aligning business, product and technical priorities to set the product direction, promote the product roadmap and continually improve.
- Own and manage a business domain delivery and stakeholder group and be seen as a critical and trusted partner
- Create and develop a data vision and product strategy for an area of the business.
- Promote strategy and find data opportunities, delivering measurable benefit.
- Ensure that your team are correctly resourced and skilled to successfully deliver to the data strategy.
Who you are
- Demonstrable passion and interest in data – confident and evangelical about the benefits of using data to drive an organisation.
- An experienced data product manager with a strong record of strategic and innovative thinking resulting in data product delivery and landing beneficial business change.
- Demonstrable experience of engaging, influencing, and communicating to stakeholders at all levels.
- Have a passion for driving improved business performance through a data led approach and culture.
- Experienced in collaborating with technical and analytical teams, showing strong experience in defining, designing, developing, and delivering complex solutions.
- Knowledge of data modelling and engineering practices
