Do you enjoy working at the intersection of infrastructure, cloud architecture, and release management?We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer and Release Manager to join our team in Dublin. In this hybrid, permanent role, you will be responsible for end-to-end infrastructure management and deployment processes across cloud (primarily Azure) and non-cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll play an essential part in maintaining system reliability, streamlining release processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across technical teams. Your core responsibilities include:

• Systems Administration: Configure, monitor, back up, and maintain applications and services for optimal performance and availability.
• Incident Management: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, keeping stakeholders updated throughout the incident lifecycle.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design and maintain automated build, deployment, and configuration processes for efficient and reliable release cycles.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage Azure cloud resources, including Virtual Machines, AKS, ASP, Blob storage, and geo-replication.
• Technical Solution Evaluation: Assess and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs and system architecture.
• Release Engineering: Oversee cloud-based release processes, ensuring adherence to change management and risk mitigation practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Leverage metrics to monitor infrastructure health, pinpoint performance bottlenecks, and optimize resource use.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing L3 support and facilitating communication during incidents.
