Excel are delighted to partner a leading Irish residential developer in hiring an ambitious Senior Engineer to lead engineering activities on their Dublin sites, driving project success through quality, safety, and efficient management. This role is a full-time permanent position to help grow our client’s award-winning team.Key Responsibilities for Senior Engineer

• Manage health and safety on the project.
• Review design drawings, participate in Design Team Meetings, and raise RFIs as needed.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to meet testing and commissioning timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct continuous site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee technical submittals, benchmarks, and inspections.
• Manage temporary works and third-party stakeholders like Irish Water and ESB.
• Drive value engineering and identify efficiencies in design.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team and direct reports.

Requirements for Senior Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
