Excel Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid) to be based in Leopardstown, Dublin on a permanent and hybrid basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on hard services delivery within a truly innovative, high-profile workplace that champions collaboration, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology. Offering a salary of up to €75,000 + 10% bonus, along with a competitive benefits package, this permanent role will see you managing technical services across a large corporate campus and satellite sites, ensuring exceptional standards, compliance, and client satisfaction.Responsibilities for Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid)

• Oversee the management of technical services and multiple sites, collaborating with soft services and event teams across Ireland.
• Lead technical teams and subcontractors to ensure top-quality service delivery while maintaining health, safety, and sustainability compliance.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring all services meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and client satisfaction.
• Support growth by recommending and implementing additional services where beneficial.
• Ensure contract delivery aligns with financial, legal, and operational objectives, optimising cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Represent the company as a trusted leader and ambassador, promoting best practice and upholding corporate values.

Requirements for Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid)

• Significant experience managing hard services within an outsourced, integrated facilities management setting.
• Strong leadership background with proven ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple sites.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware with a track record of delivering cost-effective, high-quality services.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (preferred).
• Familiarity with FM systems and reporting tools (an advantage).
