About the team

The Strategic Finance team sits within the CFO organisation and plays a central role in supporting Mambu’s long-term growth. The team covers a wide remit including investor relations, ESOP valuation, sustainability, M&A support, and strategic initiatives. We work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial analysis, external communications, and execution of strategic priorities.

What you’ll do

• Prepare accurate financial summaries and materials for investors reporting.
• Support the production of monthly investor packs, quarterly newsletters, and ad hoc investor Q&A.
• Contribute to ESOP valuation processes, including preparing data, validating assumptions, and supporting audit and RemCo queries.
• Drive the roll-out and reporting of Mambu’s sustainability strategy.
• Provide analytical support for due diligence in future M&A activities.
• Assist in the roll-out and delivery of strategic finance initiatives across the CFO organisation.

What you’ll bring

• 4–6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial and valuation concepts, with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in one or more of the following: audit, transaction services, M&A, project finance, or FP&A.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and proactive communicator (both in written and spoken English), able to prepare concise responses and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity and motivation to grow into new areas such as sustainability and M&A.
