• Monthly Financial reporting including variance analysis against Budget & Forecast, to provide actionable insights and enhance business performance.
• Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance function.
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process.
• Ensure robust balance sheet and working capital management.
• Oversee statutory reporting and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to support the evolving needs of the business.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Solution-driven with a proactive approach to driving progress.
• Strong attention to detail and with an analytical mindset.
• Naturally curious with a focus on creating efficiencies.
