The business has undergone significant growth, with plans for further expansion in Ireland.They have an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join the team at their office in Dublin. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will use your excellent analytical and reporting skills and act as a key finance business partner in this commercially focused role where no 2 days are ever the same!People are key to the success of the business and company culture is very important. They offer a supportive environment, and an open, flat structure so opportunities for learning and career progression abound.As Senior Financial Analyst your role will be focus on the following key areas:

  • Manage the forecast and budget planning process and consolidation of the total business plan
  • Manage all local reporting to the parent company
  • Act as finance business partner with department managers
  • Coordinate the delivery of local management reporting and ACT reporting packs.
  • Present annual budget sign-off meetings to the leadership team.
  • Analyse and drive profitability across all categories
  • Opportunities to participate in commercially focused projects

About you:

  • This role will appeal to a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) who has gained at least 1-2 years PQE in a commercially focused role.
  • Experience in FMCG / retail / service sector or similar fast paced environment is essential for this role.
  • Excellent Excel skills are a must for this job. Think VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts etc – these should be second nature to you.
  • Financial modelling and report building experience would be a definite advantage. If you have PowerBI skills even better.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop internal relationships are key to this role.
