Your Role: 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain will be responsible for analyzing financial data related to our supply chain operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance. This role requires a strong understanding of finance principles, supply chain management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data pertaining to farm operations, including egg pay, inventory management, supplier performance, and overheads. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to farm operations finance, identifying trends, variances, and areas of concern. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. 
  • Assist in the development of farm operations financial forecasts and budgets. Collaborate with farm and finance teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational strategies. 
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs within farm operations while maintaining quality and efficiency. Recommend and implement process improvements. Assess financial risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure. 
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline financial processes within the supply chain. Identify areas for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains to enhance overall financial performance for all stakeholders. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, operations, and finance, to achieve common goals and objectives. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 4+ in financial analysis, preferably within the supply chain or manufacturing industry. 
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. 
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software 
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making. 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain finance software is a plus. 
  • MS Office skills with Advanced Excel skills 
  • Passion for ethical and nutritious food and purpose-driven brands 
  • High tolerance for monthly deadlines 
  • Ability to travel 15-25% travel for company and team meetings, offsites, onboarding trips and other business needs
