Empower Change. Shape the Future. Join Our Mission.

Join our global impact team to help eliminate global injustices by connecting technologies and human rights!

Are you ready to use your technical expertise to make a real difference? At Spring ACT, we are a global team blending technology and compassion to address the world’s most pressing injustices. If you’re a woman in tech, we want to celebrate your talent, amplify your impact, and support your growth. WHO WE ARE

We’re Spring ACT – Action. Compassion. Technology. As a women-led, multiple award-winning Swiss non-profit, we harness innovation to empower survivors of injustices, starting with Sophia, the world’s first chatbot offering survivors of domestic violence support 24/7, anywhere in the world, without leaving a digital trace. Over 40,000+ individuals have already found a lifeline in Sophia: www.springact.org

But our mission doesn’t stop there. From expanding our Digital Safe to developing platforms like Comeback CatZ (tackling sexism with witty comebacks), we believe in using technology as a force for good. We believe in empathetic and impactful leadership based on our values of empowerment, curiosity, inclusiveness, impact, integrity, courage, compassion, and fun (read more). And now, we’re inviting you to bring your creativity, expertise, and unique perspective to help us grow these initiatives further.
