Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor currently looking for a new challenge?An opportunity has arisen for a Highways QS to join a client in Northamptonshire.This is a full-time contract offered on an on-going basis, initially for 6 months. This role will initially be office based for the first 1 – 3 months.Key Accountabilities:
·Prepare, monitor, and control budgets for highways projects.
·Conduct detailed cost forecasting and reporting.
·Manage project costs to ensure the project remains within budget.
·Prepare and review contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and drawings.
·Oversee and manage subcontractor agreements.
·Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.A full job description is available on requestKnowledge, Skills and Experience:·Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
