What your future may holdAs Senior Legal Counsel you will assist your colleagues and clients in the following tasks:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts between PwC and its clients and suppliers;
• Ensure legal and deontological compliance of contracts;
• Providing legal assistance in various areas to a range of internal clients (e.g. Procurement, Marketing, Fleet, …);
• Following up on developments in statutes, regulations, case law and academic writing, especially in the field of business law, company law, contract law and professional regulations;
• Providing dispute management services;
• Assisting the more junior members of the team by giving them feedback on their work and answering their questions.

Your skillset

• You obtained a Belgian Master of Laws Degree with at least 7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law;
• You are open, pragmatic and accommodating in dealing with various counterparts;
• You are responsible and mature;
• You have an eye for detail and good organisational skills;
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French;
• You are down-to-earth, hands-on, a team player, flexible and client oriented;
• Experience in a law firm is considered a plus.
