A leading regional firm of chartered accountants is looking to recruit a Senior Manager based in their Bristol offices. The role has arisen due to a combined result of succession planning and planning for the further growth and development of this successful office. There is a clear career progression on offer and you will manage a sizeable client portfolio, teams and look to play a lead role in the further growth of this successful accountancy firm.Joining this firm as a Senior Manager you will bring your career background as an all-round accounts, tax, audit etc adviser to sole traders, partnerships and mix of limited company OMBs, groups, subsidiaries, charities, not for profit and other clients with a client based moulded to suit around the background and client preferences of the right addition. You will manage a sizable fee base of clients, in a client facing advisory capacity, looking to develop relationships with the clients and drive the growth of this office for the future through new client growth, business development along with managing teams and playing a lead role in their development and progression. The office has huge potential for further growth and expansion and you will play a lead role in the future development and direction of this already successful firm of accountants. You will have an all-around. general practitioner accounts/tax/audit etc career background gained within any of small, medium/large size, mid tier, or top tier accounting firm background and you will be seeking a challenging, long term career move in the profession at this level with a clear route on offer to progress.The firm has an excellent reputation across Bristol, wider UK, along with international networks. The firm’s clients are wide ranging in sector, turnover and industry range, from entrepreneurial start-ups, sole traders, partnerships and significant proportion of OMBs and SMEs, ranging from into the £millions in turnover, to considerably larger corporate clients.Circa £55,000 – £80,000 dependent on the background, experience and level plus benefits.
