A successful and highly reputable firm of chartered accountants based in Exeter has a requirement for a Senior Manager or Director to join their team as a key addition, in a pivotal support role to fellow directors, taking on full portfolio management responsibility and delivery of wide ranging services with excellent career progression potential on offer.Joining as Senior Manager or Director based from the firms Exeter offices you will have clear potential to carve a career path within this successful firm with progression on offer. You will lead and manage the delivery of accounts/tax and wider business services to clients across varied industries developing client relationships, delivering on wide ranging business advisory and planning work. You will lead, manage, support and develop the wider team and you will also work closely with the leadership team on the growth of the department and play a lead role in business development. You will therefore have clear opportunity to progress within this highly successful and growing firm in the region.Senior Manager / Director to join a leading Exeter accountancy firm.|Planning for the future development, with progression within a growing firm.For this Senior Manager or Director role you will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background developed within accountancy practice, with skills across any mix of audit, accounts, tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery. Your career will have been developed within an accountancy practice firm environment of any size from small, independent accounting firm background, through to the Top Tier firms. You will have developed your career to at least the Senior Managerial levels and be looking for a career move and role where you develop and progress within your career.Based in Exeter this firm acts for very wide ranging clients and this role will focus acting for varying industry limited company, corporate clients up to the audit threshold in turnover ranges. The firm for clients across varied industry sole trader, partnerships and limited companies up into the £millions of turnover, with additional larger clients up to and in excess of the audit threshold in turnover. The business also offers a range of professional services, across wealth management, legal services and other fields, developing strong, long term and value added client relationships.Circa £55,000 – £60,000 + dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits.
