There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.What you’ll do:Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global GTM enablement programs; specifically PayrollCollaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to define, develop and deliver enablement programs that produce maximum impact.Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback.Develop a blended training program of remote content delivery as well as e-learning content.Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.Report to stakeholders on progress against KPIs per project.Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that programs meet their ongoing needs.Key Qualifications5+ years in an enablement, program management role or similar3+ years experience people managementKeen understanding of the GTM audience – minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating (SDR, Sales) or impacting role (Onboarding, Customer Success)Keen understanding of the payroll audience – minimum two years experience working in a payroll focused role (Payroll Manager, Payroll Implementation, Payroll Enablement)Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and developmentPassion for learning and inspiring others to do the sameOutstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlinesCan coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholdersA clear communicator and presenter, fluent in EnglishReliable and conscientious, with a commitment to delivering the best for your team and the companyCan work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify and solve problemOutstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate themFast learner, eager to develop yourself and others, with an inclusive mindsetResults-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of ‘getting it done’ in a dynamic environmentExtensive experience working in the fast-paced technology sectorTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
