We are looking for a new Senior Strategy & Insights Manager for the Kellanova Cereal portfolio. This role will be based in our Dublin office working in a hybrid manner on a 12-month contract.The role of the Strategic Insights and Analytics team in Kellanova is to ensure that our plans are grounded in genuine human understanding. We generate data and information from multiple sources, connect the dots, and uncover the rich insights that support the growth ambitions of our business.In this role you will work hand in hand with our VP of Cereals and the Cereals leadership team to ensure that insight drives our growth objectives. You will lead the Cereal Strategy and Insights team’s contribution to strategy and masterplan development, the marketing activity development process and the planning and execution of innovation.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead- lead the Cereal Strategy and Insights team as line manager and act as lead POC for the wider Strategic Insights & Analytics team and represent the Strategic Insights & Analytics function on Kellanova’s Cereals leadership Team.
• Steer – Steer the Strategic Insights & Analytics team’s support for Strategic Planning, delivering Insights to Opportunities analysis and partnering with the Cereal team on Marketing Strategy and Masterplan development.
• Drive- Drive a more consumer-centric approach to Front End Innovation through consumer segmentation and foresight and lead upstream consumer insight development around Category Barriers and Drivers, Brand Perceptions and Consumption Behaviour
• Enable- Enable more effective decision-making through consumer validation of innovation concepts, foods, packaging, creative and in-store activation.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Strong experience in research, insights strategy, planning, or a strategic marketing role. Client side experience is an advantage.
• Passion for insights and human understanding with a proven ability to develop winning strategies.
• Experience in managing people and developing talent.
