They will build and sustain relationships with all levels of employees to ensure the Innovation team is as engaged and productive as possible on their mission to develop revolutionary new medicines for patients with serious and rare diseases. The HR Business Partner will have a strong focus on Talent Acquisition by leading activities to attract, recruit, hire and onboard top talent and will be responsible for establishing strategies, processes, and programs to enable cost-effective, time efficient and quality-focused talent acquisition. Key areas of responsibility include workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, professional development, organizational development, performance management, change management and employee relations. While the team member’s focus will be on the Insmed Innovation UK Limited team, they will also have the opportunity to support and partner with Research team members across the global organization.
