We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Liberty Procurement Services (LPS) Solutions in London UKThe Senior Manager, LPS Solutions will play a pivotal role in identifying product-market fit and building the solutions roadmap for LPS. This role involves understanding market demands, client feedback, and industry trends to develop solution strategies that enhance the value of our offerings.The ideal candidate will be a strong solutions/product manager with a keen interest in crafting impactful solutions at speed. Prior experience with solutions/proposition development gained within the professional services (consulting, managed service or technology segments) or B2B SaaS markets would also be preferred.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESSolutions Strategy and Roadmap: Build and implement a comprehensive solutions strategy for LPS that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify markets needs and solutions. Define the solution roadmap, prioritize feature developments, and handle delivery timelines.Solution Development and Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, strategy, technology & enablement, and sales, to conceptualize and develop new features and improvements at speed. Define solution requirements, build detailed specifications, and supervise the development process to ensure timely and high-quality outputs. Continuously gather feedback from clients and internal partners to inform enhancements and updates.Solution Launch and Marketing: Lead solution launches and coordinate marketing efforts to ensure successful adoption and awareness. Develop effective messaging and positioning with Sales and Marketing.Performance Analysis and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of propositions. Monitor solution performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Implement data-driven strategies to improve solution performance and user satisfaction.Commercial frameworks: Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to agree pricing and proposition bundling strategies that align with market demand and business goals. Regularly evaluate pricing models and make adjustments as needed.Partner Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and incorporate feedback into solution development and improvement processes. Collaborate with sales, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to product delivery and support.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEPREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or an equivalent. MBA or advanced degree/qualification is desirable.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience gained in product/solution development and management ideally within the field of professional services or B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and launching successful product/solution offerings, particularly in the professional services domain, with specific experience of outsourcing being highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with a passion for driving solution and proposition velocity, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies as they relate to product management.
  • Excellent agile project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical abilities with proficiency in using data to make informed product decisions.
  • Keen interest in technology, specifically the emerging procure-tech landscape
  • Agility to deliver to tight timescales
  • Experience operating in an international/multi-country/matrix environment
