Job Description:As the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will ensure effective governance of the entire Enterprise project/product portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. You will ensure the cross-functional dependencies between projects and products efforts are connected and coordinated. You will be responsible for presenting and communicating to the Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts
- Responsible for developing, establishing, and standardized project management methodologies and procedures
- Responsible for enabling projects/products to achieve a return on investment and meeting the goals and objectives of the organization
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management
- Responsible for establishing a comprehensive internal audit program aligned with the required SOX Controls
- Responsible for presenting and communicating to Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio
Qualifications:
- Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Masters Degree preferred
- PMP Certification
- Agile Product Owner Certification
- Agile SCRUM Master Certification
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner and SCRUM Master preferred
- Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data Analysis
- Ability to travel up to 25%
