Great opportunity to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager based at Monument Place, near London BridgeAs a senior role within the marketing team and business, you will act as a champion for marketing best practice as well as a role model for how to develop and launch campaigns that generate wide-spread business buy-in. You will work in collaboration with the Senior Digital Manager, Senior Partnerships Manager and Brand Manager within the marketing team, as well as several other Commercial and PR colleagues.Can you bring the following to this role?The job demands the following blend of experience/knowledge, skills and behaviours (all are essential, unless otherwise shown and will be assessed by application and/or interview/assessment):

  • Solid grasp of marketing strategy, able to demonstrate understanding and application of segmentation, targeting, positioning and media planning
  • Extensive experience of B2C marketing campaigns with a practical understanding of balancing perception/brand and commercial targets.
  • Demonstrable capability in delivering revenue growth through marketing, ideally through a combination of campaigns and performance activity.
  • Results driven with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to review marketing performance, whether that be through research techniques, analysis of business or media data or utilising digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience of successfully managing external agencies (media & creative ideally)
  • Up to date on the latest ATL and digital tactics available, with a point of view on what would be most effective in our business
  • Solid budget management experience
  • Experience of managing a small team (desired but not essential)
  • Highly energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated – positive to culture
  • Ability to develop relationships, and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience of using different prioritisation techniques to manage workload
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills – a natural storyteller
  • Degree or marketing qualification ideal but not essential
