We are experiencing significant growth, and we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people who will be our future leaders.The Role:This is an excellent opportunity to lead and assist in the transition of products from concept to launch through planning, preparation and successful execution of kitchen and factory trials. The role will include opportunities to travel to suppliers and customers. Alongside that you’ll also be getting stuck in helping to create future ideas – Bringing your research and ideas to life!Key responsibilities:

• Lead/assist with kitchen & factory trials, ensuring detailed data and reports are recorded for accurate cost capture
• Communicate regularly with customers and lead presentations
• Lead in the provision of accurate technical information supporting customer samples at all stages
• Lead in agreement of specifications of all new meat ingredients and ensure accurate pricing added at critical stages.
• Hold regular internal meetings with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Take responsibility for short & long term projects when required

Essential

• Relevant third level qualification in food related subject
• Minimum 2 years experience working with food
• Excellent standard of verbal and written English
• Demonstrate effective communication, written & verbal
• IT literate
• Exceptional time management & good organisational skills

Desirable

• Good knowledge of the meat & added value industry across multiple retailers
• Experience delivering NPD projects in a similar role
• Presentation skills
• Ability to use Canva & video editing software
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
