Senior Online Brand Manager – Redken & Pureology – 12 month FTCA DAY IN THE LIFE
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for your e-com channel, developing consumer & customer centric business plans routed in data-led insights. Collaborate with commercial and marketing Product teams to develop the online strategy for launches & key animations by e-retailer. Be the brands online expert.
- Own the transactional media strategy, understand key challenges and opportunities to develop strong sell-out plans to drive growth.
- Lead the execution, the tracking & optimisation of all performance media with our e-retailers including the paid social media, AMS, AMG and On site media (CRM, Visibility, Blog content etc.). Partner with the media agency, being the main point of contact to drive campaign excellence. Be the media expert, working with the agency to identify new channels/methods to reach consumers.
- Lead the execution of the e-retail marketing plan incl. all big launches & key animations: localise or develop key assets for a campaign/ launch, provide the e-retailer with launch packs (incl. assets, NLFs, R&R, etc.) in line with Global guidelines.
- Work closely with the commercial leads to map out partnership marketing moments based on allocated transactional media spend and key campaign / launch timings
- Track & monitor the e-retail brand budget figures in sell-in & sell-out weekly & monthly. Report this monthly to the American Brands eCom team (including American Brands lead team).
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager & the commercial and advocacy team in sizing new launches, animations and paid social and eventing opportunities.
- Manage budget: Manage eCommerce A&P including tracking all co-operative marketing investment attributed to e-retailers & conducting ROI analysis.
- Challenge the status quo as the online leader, identify new opportunities and risks across your online business and ensure total brand strategy and business objectives are being respected and observed at all times.
- Manage a team of 2 (Assistant Online Brand Manager and an intern) and support their development

- A strong understanding of consumer trends, shopper psychology & retail journey
- A passion for beauty, marketing, the online space & digital marketing
- Strong analytical and data-first approach
- Strong presentation and communication skills – written and verbal
- Commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively

- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Proven Agility and adaptable to change
- Skills in digital marketing ranging from monitoring analytics, interpreting data, implementing effective CRM campaigns to target core consumers effectively
