I am working with a financial services client based in Galway and they’re looking for a senior platform engineer to join their team. The selected candidate will have extensive experience in voice/telephony area. This role is a hybrid role in a growing team.Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in voice/telephony.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), software design, development, testing, and automation.
• Understanding enterprise-scale platform architecture for high availability and continuity.
• Familiar with data communication protocols (HTTP, SIP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP, RDP, SDP).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (uDeploy, Ansible).
• Experience with Linux OS management, VoIP, SIP, and data applications/networking.
• Softphone software installs, system backups, and reboots.
• Troubleshooting, dev unit testing/QA, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Experience supporting 24/7 production environments.
• Supporting operational stability for Call Centers and Investment Centers.
