PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR HOD – Private Medical, Bonus, WFH

£60K – £80KQED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in Buckinghamshire.You will be given the opportunity to work for and manage a tight knit team within a small private client department. The successful candidate will join this law firm and working on a varied caseload which lends to families locally!The ideal candidate must:

• Have 5 – 10 years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
• Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
• Desirable qualities: A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal#
• Managerial / HOD experience

Personal attributes:

• A client-centered focus and proactively maximising client relationships
• A can-do, motivated & positive attitude
• Excellent communicator both written & oral
