You’ll provide the talent, ambition, and drive.As the Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for leading analysis and resolution of customer queries and implement best practice to ensure delivery of high quality Customer Service and Incident Management. In additional managing the customer experience for the Emisar Analytics Gateway products.Working Schedule:Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.Primary Responsibilities
- Become a product SME (subject matter expert) and demonstrate the product features to external users, potential customers and business leaders as required.
- Develop, manage and examine user analytics to gain insight into user behavior.
- Lead User Engagement activities. Collate and present user feedback and contribute/influence roadmap planning for future enhancements based on user feedback and usage analytics.
- Manage, co-ordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of functionality pre-release. Understanding business requirements, generate adequate test plans, test cases based upon acceptance criteria and test records. Execute testing and provide sign-off ahead of production deployments as required.
- Generate and present operation reporting V key performance metrics, communicating with clarity in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Generate and deliver key communications in support of users such as Provisioning emails, Release notifications, Information Mtgs with Internal Users & all key Communications to both Internal & External users.
- Lead the management of Onboarding / Provisioning / Offboarding of users. Actively manage the Onboarding process tasks to meet required TAT for provisioning.
- Provide user support and training for solution rollout & onboarding of users. Provide & share supporting materials such as User manuals, Training videos, SOPs etc.
- Lead, develop document and maintain operational processes to support current and new products with focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an operational support environment, supporting internal & external end users
- Good working knowledge of customer support principles with experience managing external customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage the administration of user support and user provisioning activities
- Comfort in presenting/demonstrating application features and functionality to end users and stakeholders
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and associated activities
- Demonstrated effective leadership, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, work well under pressure in a demanding environment and be adaptable to change
- Ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely with external customers and business leaders
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading process improvement/optimization activities
- Experience with Incident Management tools such as ServiceNow
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Ability to quickly build subject matter expertise.
