We are backed by global investors such as Sequoia, Warburg Pincus, EDBI and Founders Fund – renowned backers of industry-shaking innovators.

About This Role

We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to lead our Growth/ Acquisition efforts for Circles.Life B2C markets across Singapore and Australia. The role will be responsible for growing our subscriber base across both telecom and non-telecom services.

The Senior Product Manager (SPM), Growth/ Acquisition will be responsible for collaborating with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Happiness teams to define a coherent vision for the subscriber growth, and define and drive the overall product strategy to support this outcome. This will include identifying the right user segments for growth, defining new opportunities for solving user needs through innovative telecom and non-telecom products and creating a seamless purchase and onboarding journey to drive higher conversion rate. This role reports to the Director of Product, GMS and is based in Singapore.

The canvas and headroom for innovation at Circles.Life is unparalleled in the consumer tech industry. The digital habits of all consumers are powered by the connectivity platform owned by telcos, hence telcos already have a moat against any vertical app out there, across content, gaming, payments and many more. However, traditional telcos are dinosaurs and cannot innovate beyond their core telecom offerings. In this role at Circles.Life, it will be your mandate to unlock this opportunity across consumer segments and create innovative products to acquire new users.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy (with support from Director, Product) that aligns with the company’s vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences, conducting in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Focus: Champion the customer voice within the organization, advocating for user-centered design and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of products on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and investors.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing tech companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer products that have achieved market success.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to champion the customer’s perspective.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
