Job Description:The opportunitySenior Product Managers at Workhuman operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer excellence, and tactical execution to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value product functionality to our customers.In this role you will lead product management in a critical area of Workhuman’s product platform which enables functionality and experiences that impact all customers internal and external. The mission of the product platform is to enable Workhuman’s application teams with services that are truly horizontal, essential, extensible and high-performing so those application teams can focus on competitive in their markets and nothing else.What we can offer you:The opportunity to be a trusted owner & builder of this key product platform area / functionality within the company, responsible for associated customer value and business outcomes.Collaboration with key stakeholders in Platform, Architecture, Security, Legal, and feature teams on all aspects of this capability from problem set to performanceThe opportunity to consistently use operational, competitive and user research data as well as best practices to directly inform strategy and execution of product vision.The ability to partner with product leadership in understanding the high-level opportunities on the product backlog that, when prioritized, deliver the most impactful and valuable features aligned with dept and company strategic goals.The responsibility of building and maintaining a roadmap and converting it to execution – distilling initiatives down into epic-level increments for aligned delivery team(s), providing clarity on OKRs down to sprint goals.The opportunity to articulate the vision and ‘WHY’ behind the product backlog to the technical team, while clearly managing and refining product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure consistent delivery of business value.The opportunity to facilitate decision making on solution options and the business trade-offs associated with themLeadership through the management of key customers and stakeholders, balancing need and opportunity with the company’s best interests in mindThe opportunity to mentor and coach junior team members whilst driving innovation within the organizationThe skills you bring:Ideally, 8+ years working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile/Scrum product development environment including specific expertise in building experiences / services in an API-first, platform environment. However, equivalent skills, as well as the relevance of your experience and notable achievements, will also be taken into consideration.Experience with SaaS delivery model, in either B2B or B2C environments. B2B SaaS strongly preferred.While not necessarily needing to be an expert in coding, having a solid understanding of the technologies and platforms relevant to user and identity products is crucial.Strong capability to analyze data, understand metrics, and derive actionable insights. Proficient in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Skilled in empathizing with users, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into product features.Achievements:Delivered foundational service(s) that support a wide range of customersAchieved product innovation that changed the dynamics of an existing or emerging market.Proven experience developing plans by working from high-level strategic direction.Demonstrated experience in supporting product initiatives that are large scale in terms of customer base, complexity of problems solved, scope of functionality offered, etc.The Company:At Workhuman® our mission is to bring more humanity to the workplace.
