What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale complex BSS/OSS project within telecom environment for large client initiatives
- Act as the primary interface with senior client stakeholders, frequently to the main program or customer boards, ensuring alignment on status, budget, scope, risks and business outcomes
- Provide Project Management functional leadership and technical oversight to cross-functional teams and coordinate implementation plans with internal and external resources (local/offshore teams)
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure requirements are properly translated into implementation plans, with emphasis on solution integrity and scalability
- Manage project timelines, risks, scope, and budget will full accountability for financial performance and contract compliance
- Drive continuous alignment between project goals and business benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality assurance and regulatory standards.
What you will bring
- Strong telecom and IT background, BSS/OOS domains preferable with proven experience in System Integration (SI) or Telecom Consulting environment
- Hands-on understanding of telecom architecture frameworks and familiar with applications such as CRM, Billing Mediation, Order Management and Service Activation and other telecom applications products
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a software professional services organization or consulting background
- Logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail
- Proven track record of meeting project timeliness/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines and quality results
- Proven track record of working with virtual teams of different cultures to establish distributed delivery
- Demonstrated success with customers during initiative assessment, project planning and implementation

Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.
